Easy Pasta Recipe



• 250 gms boiled pasta
• 2 tsp refined oil
• 2 finely chopped onions
• 2 finely chopped tomatoes
• 1tsp ginger and 1 tsp garlic paste (you can also chop them)
• 1 carrot finely chopped, beans finely chopped
• 1tsp chili sauce(optional)
• 1tsp soy sauce(optional)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 3-4 tsp boiled corn
• Water – 3-4 cups to boil the pasta

• Light the flame and put a pan over it
• Add some water into it
• Add some oil and half a tablespoon of salt and boil the water
• Add Pasta and boil them for at least 15-20 minutes more.
• Drain off the pasta and them keep them aside
• Take a pan and add two tsp of oil into it and let it hear
• Add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger and 1tsp of garlic paste
• Now add 1 -2 finely chopped onion and fry till golden brown
• Add 3 tsp of boiled corn and mix them along with the onions
• Add green beans, chopped carrot and fry them all along with the other veggies
• Add two chopped tomatoes along with half tsp of salt and mix all the vegetables well
• Add 1 tsp of garam masala and stir it so that it blends with the vegetables
• Add 1 tsp soy sauce and 1tsp chili sauce (optional)
• Add boiled pasta into the pan and mix it well along with the mixture of vegetables and spices. Take care that the pasta is not broken down while mixing.
• Take out the pasta in a bowl.
• Add finely chopped spring onion over the pasta and serve them hot
