INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups Curd
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp salt
• 2-3 sliced onions
• Mutton pieces- 1kg
• Mustard oil-1 tsp
• 1tsp Garam masala
• Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• 1 cup of water
• 2 bay leaves, cumin seeds, 4-5 black peppers, 3-4 cardamoms,
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tsp desi ghee
• ½ tsp coriander powder

PROCEDURE:
MARINATION OF MUTTON
• Take the mutton chunks into a bowl and add ½ tsp salt
• Take another bowl and make a paste of curd along with ½ tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp chat masala, and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• Pour the paste over mutton chunks and marinate by coating them well with the paste
• Leave the marinated chunks for 30 minutes
• Take a bowl and make a paste of 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and 1tsp chili powder keep the paste aside.
• Put a pan over the flame and add 3-4 tsp mustard oil
• Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 black pepper,2 bay leaves, 3-4 cardamoms
• Let them leave their flavor inside the oil
• Add onion slices and fry until golden brown in color
• Add the spice paste into the pan and cook for two minutes till the onions take the flavor of the spices.
• Now add marinated mutton chunks into the pan and mix them well along with the other ingredients.
• Cover and let it cook till all the juices and water dries up.
• Add 1 cup curd paste and ½ tsp of salt (optional) and mix well
• Add ½ cup of water again and cover and cook for 10 more minutes at low flame.
• Scrape and again add ½ cup water. Repeat this process again and Again till the mutton chunks become tender for the next 30 mins.
• Now when it finally turns tender, add ½ tsp of desi ghee and mix
• Take out in a bowl and garnish with green coriander leaves
