Paneer Parantha


For all you spicy food lovers out there, this is an entirely different and tasty twist to your regular potato, onion, or radish paranthas. This is surely going to be one of your regular paranthas once you try this recipe.


  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Water
  • 3-4 roasted papad
  • Sev
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1-2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt – a pinch or two
  • Finely chopped green onions

To Prepare Parantha Dough

  • Take one cup of wheat flour. Add two pinches of salt to it.
  • Add 2 tsp of oil to the flour.
  • Add water in parts to prepare a hard dough.
  • Once the dough is ready, grease your hands with a little oil and knead once again. قوانين لعبة بلاك جاك
  • In a bowl, take a few roasted papads ( you can also take fried papads, but keep in mind that we have to add oil later on too)
  • Crush the papads completely.
  • Grind some sev in a grinder and mix them into the crushed papad. بوكر
  • Add finely chopped coriander leaves and green onions to the papad crushed mixture.
  • Add 1 tsp of red chili powder
  •     10. Add two to three pinches of salt to the mixture if required
  •     11. Mix everything well along with 1 tsp of oil in the mixture.
  •    12. Roll out a ball from the parantha dough and cover it with dry wheat flour. العاب بلاك جاك
  • 13. Flatten the ball and fill the stuffing in the center, .Close it from all the sides.
  • 14. Flatten the filled dough ball into a round-shaped parantha.
  • 15. First, dry roast the parantha on a Tawa and then add oil to it.
  •  Paranthas are ready. Serve them hot with some crushed papad stuffing sprinkled on the top along with the green or red sauce.
