Non CHilly Tast Chill


• 1 egg
• 2 tsp mild vinegar
• Green chilis chopped
• ½ tsp food color ( optional)
• 2 Capsicum sliced
• 2 Onion sliced
• 3-4 tsp Cornflour
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Refined flour/Maida – 1 cup
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp tomato ketchup

• Take the chicken into a bowl and add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• Break one egg and pour it inside the bowl. Mix the chicken chunks with it. لعبة روليت مجاني
• Add 2 tsp refined flour into the bowl
• Add 1tsp cornflour
• Add 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp salt (as per taste) into it and marinate for half an hour.
• If you want to make it restaurant-style, add ¼ tsp red food color into the marinated chicken


• In a pan take some refined oil and put it over the flame. Heat well
• Put the marinated chicken into the pan and fry it well till the color change and the chicken turns tender by tossing and turning them one by one
• Take out the chicken chunks over a tissue paper and keep it aside
• In a bowl add 2 cups of water
• Add 1 tsp of soy sauce in the water
• Add 2 tsp tomato sauce
• Add 1 tsp chili garlic paste
• Add 1 tsp cornflour and mix it well and keep the mixture aside
• Put the pan on flame and add 2 tsp refined oil.
• Add 1-2 tsp ginger garlic paste in the pan
• Add 2 sliced onions and toss well
• Now add capsicum slices and chopped green chili
• Add 2 tsp mild vinegar and sprinkle some salt as per taste
• Add 6-7 black peppers
• Now add the liquid mixture which we made previously and mix well
• Taste the salt and if required, add some more
• Now add the marinated chicken chunks into the pan and give it a mix
• Cook for 10-15 minutes till the chicken pieces absorb the spices and liquid inside.

Your tasty “Chili Chicken” is ready and tastes absolutely restaurant style.
