• Chicken pieces
• ¼ tsp turmeric powder
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• Half a lemon
• 65 masala – 2tsp
• 1 tsp crushed Kasturi methi powder
• Refined oil
• Chopped coriander
• Chopped chili
• Sliced onion pieces
• Chat masala

• Take some bone sticks
• Adjust the raw chicken pieces over the stick and keep it aside
• Take a bowl and add 2 tsp of 65 masala
• Put ¼ tsp of turmeric powder
• Add ½ tsp salt
• Add ½ tsp red chili powder
• Add ¼ tsp of crushed Kasturi methi
• Make a thick paste by adding two tsp of water into the paste
• Put the half lemon juice into the paste
• Marinate the lollipops into the paste well so that the chicken pieces soak in the spices
• Now take a pan and heat it well
• Add some refined oil
• Deep fry the marinated lollipops so that the chicken is cooked up to 80 percent
• Take them out and drain the excess oil and take it out on a tissue paper
• Garnish well with sliced onion pieces and some chopped coriander and sprinkle chat masala on the top
• Serve hot with tomato ketchup, coriander, and mint sauce and green chillis
