INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- Half a liter of full-fat milk
- ¼ cup of rice
- Mango pulp
- Elaichi powder
- Mango – small chopped pieces
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- To prepare Mango Phirni to take full-fat milk in a pan
- Put the flame on
- Put crushed rice into the pan; you will get a grainy texture. Wait so that they cook properly
- We have to let the milk cook with the rice till the milk gets thickened and rice gets properly cooked.
