They put Amul butter on a big tawa, and over that, the Egg Slurry is poured, which is mixed with a yummy blend of spices and flavors along with a whole lot of veggies and grated paneer. The kulcha is dipped into the curry and is completely soaked with the flavors of the omelet. In order to add up to the flavor, they put a cheese slice and then again put a kulcha onto the top and soak it in the flavors of the remaining omelet. It looks exactly like the burger with a stuffing of Omelet.

The price of one such “Combined Kulcha Omelet” is Rs 200 and it is more than enough for a single person.
