Bhalla Papadi Chat is traditionally prepared using crisp fried dough wafers known as papdi and boiled chickpeas. The boiled potatoes, dahi (yogurt), and tamarind chutney topped with chat masala and sev. The Papadi is completely soaked in yogurt that looks absolutely creamy yet crisp and over that, all the above-mentioned material is sprinkled one by one.
